Wake up each morning to a sunrise overlooking the marina in our large screened lanai balcony on the 2nd floor. Walk down the private spiral staircase to the dock and catch a glimpse of wildlife such as turtles, river otters and the many bird species native to Florida. Or, take a walk to the heated pool and go for a quick swim and relax in the Jacuzzi tub. If you are inclined to be more athletic it’s a short walk to the clay tennis courts or the fully equipped fitness center. Spend your day enjoying a good book from our extended personal library collection or watching our HD big screen 50” TV with cable on our overstuffed comfortable couches. A DVD player is available along with a few movies. Movies can be rented at the local grocery store for a few dollars. Our kitchen has everything you may
