If you stay long enough to need laundry facilities, you are in luck since this unit has free laundry inside (in the back of the kitchen area). Laundry soap and dryer sheets are there for you. The bathroom includes a full tub and shower. The large bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, large chest of drawers and large corner closet. Lots of room for your personal belongings to be put away and for you to get comfortably spread out. Parking is free behind the building (up to 2 cars for your side of the duplex). If you have a visitor there is free street parking as well. Please do not smoke inside the house,
