Mature Palms have been added along with plants on the private deck to create a tropical oasis.The apartment has a private entrance from the back alley with a dedicated free parking pad to the right of the garage. It fits one car. Free street parking is also available. *It's important to note that the hosts live in the front house on the property and we do use the garage daily, however we respect our guests and don't open/close the garage before 8am or after 9pm as you can somewhat hear the garage door from the apartment. Guests have access to the entire apartment during your stay
