We are a 10 minute walk to the beach, or 5 minutes if you borrow a bike. Our local supermarket is also a 10 minute walk, along with a few local shops & restaurants. Gated community with heated pool, hot tub, playground, basketball court & pickle ball. Legoland & Outlet Mall is a short 5 - 10 minute drive. Poinsettia train station is right behind us, about a 1 hour commute along the coast to downtown SD.
