Watch the bountiful wildlife and the seasons change on the Big Sioux River while listening to the water flowing over the Klondike Dam from the large deck, lower level porch or new 7 person hot tub. The exterior to this home resembles a rustic cabin in the woods but is far from rustic once you enter the front door and see the modern amenities. Most of this home is constructed from reclaimed lumber from the 1900s. Much of the wood is Southern Yellow pine with the Great Room constructed from reclaimed 2 x 6s. The Great Room on the main level overlooks the Big Sioux River through 2 large windows and a sliding glass door to an expansive covered balcony. The cabinets were hand made for the home from reclaimed lumber but the granite countertops offer elegance as well. The main floor has a full kitchen, one bedroom and one full bathroom.
