The intracoastal and a kayak launch are steps from your door, and the beach is a couple minute walk across the street. A large, year-round heated saltwater pool is on-site and the Suncoast beach trolley stops at the complex. Shuffleboard court, fishing pier, picnic tables and BBQ also on-site.We completely renovated our condo in 2022, including all new furniture and mattresses. We created a bunk bed nook with shelves and coastal barn doors on one end of the large living room to give our teenage sons their own space in our beach home. The queen sofa bed on the opposite side of the living room has a memory foam topper and a privacy screen available.Work remote - a small office nook with a fold down desk is next to the bunk bed nook.
