The house is located on Carlsbad Boulevard (Coast Highway 101) and has been refurbished by family members who have lived here since 1953. Now it is used as our vacation home available to you when vacant. Main rooms all look onto the Pacific Ocean, where surfers, boaters, dolphin and whales can be seen. A walkway above the bluff and stairs to the walkway and State Beach below reveal miles of white sandy beach for sunbathing, swimming, bodyboarding, or surfing. Some beach equipment is provided, but a surf rental shop is 3 blocks to the north.
