The only option it gave me was two bunk beds, which isn't quite accurate. But hopefully the pictures are clear about what is available. We just replaced the dishwasher, refrigerator, two ceiling fans, toilet, kitchen faucet, vanity, washer and dryer, and chandeliers. We have a large circular drive so you can get in and out quite easily with a boat.
