NO CLEANING FEES!!Exclusive amenities: 1) fire pit, 2) salt water pool, 3) jacuzzi,4) 400,000 BTU pool heater (extra charge to heat the entire pool), 5) lounge chairs with cushions and towels, 6) outdoor bistro table and chairs, and 7) propane-heated 40-foot porch! . The porch includes a kitchen with BBQ, cushy seating area, dining area, and even a high-top table with bar stools. Note that there is NO INDOOR STOVE, but CozyCasita has a microwave, full size fridge, provisioned Krueig coffee maker, and exclusive access to a back porch BBQ, electric oven/toaster, electric griddle, cutting boards, bowls, and outdoor sink.
