The 3rd bedroom has a studio floorplan with small kitchen and enclosed yard, privacy. We rent another 2-BR house next door, great for hosting multi-family gatherings. A stay at The Palm does not require a car--the beach, restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping are all within walking distance. The beach access at Tyson Park is just across the street, with jungle gyms, showers, food vendors, pier, strand, parks, etc all easily accessible.
