We traveled to the Duck for 10 years and stayed in Schooner Ridge for 8 before buying in the neighborhood because we love it so much! The House is 5BR/3BA with a large top-level open floorplan, vaulted ceilings & loft, large kitchen, plenty of indoor/outdoor living spaces to cook, gather, relax & unwind including large deck areas & hot tub!Did you know that there is no public beach access in Duck? Our house is a 5 minute walk to private beach access including bike parking, showers and an outdoor pool! Guests at Schooner Ridge have wristband access to a rec center with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis court, kiddie pool, playground and gym! It's an easy walk to the Town of Duck Boardwalk, shops & restaurants!The kitchen is fully stocked including pour over, drip and Keurig coffee makers but we always love a run up to Duck Cottage bookstore and coffee shop for
