We have a great patio with patio grill that is available for use as well as a private dock reserved for our unit and renters. There are paddle boards and kayaks available for our guests to enjoy. ***Please be advised; usage of bikes, paddle boards, kayaks and dock space are at your own risk. Adult supervision of children on the dock is mandatory****This property is a 2 floored duplex with owner on top floor. The 3 bedroom 1.5 bath guest rental is on the first floor.
