NO COLLEGE GROUPS. Please note we are unable to rent to groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 12 adults. Yes, we really do have both Gulf beach access across the street (about 200 yds away) and a Pier on Little Lagoon to fish or dock your small boat or jet skis right behind the house!
