Sunshine House, Partial Residence with Private Entrance Sitting at the top of Page Springs Road since 2006, The Ferie has been home to various friends and family for the past 17 years. Still owned and operated by my moms, designed by my firm MD Objective, and collaborated and built by a lot of hands, you could say the property is a family affair. The residences have been lovingly built, rebuilt, repaired, furnished, and embellished by many hands over the years with local materials and scavenged pieces. They are cute, cozy, well appointed, and can be a touch rustic with the occasional desert critter popping inside. While only one Residence remains open at this time, over the next few years we have dreams to have work-stay’s, events, and private concierge services and local amenities to offer.
