The house is in a secluded spot, backing onto conservation woodland, yet only a 2 minute stroll around the resort fishing lake, to the clubhouse complex and communal pool.The clubhouse offers something for everyone. Apart from the child-friendly heated pool, there is a tiki-bar, kids playground, basketball and volleyball courts, games room, gym, sauna, wi-fi lounge, tennis and table-tennis.The house has a South East facing private courtyard, which is not overlooked and is perfect for sun-bathing, with a hot-tub/spa to cool off. There is ample parking at the front.Inside, the house is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in the 3 main rooms for extra comfort.
