We are located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive near St. Andrews State Park, away from the heavily traveled areas but still within a few miles of any of the desired destinations. There are only 72 units in our three story low-rise condos - no elevators to wait on. This means uncrowded conditions at the pool and on the shuffleboard courts . No need to get in the car or cross a busy street to get to the beach. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf from your second or third floor balcony and need travel only about 100 yards to be there. Our condo buildings are arranged in a horseshoe shape with the pool in the center, providing a nice family friendly setting at all times of the year
