North Captiva is a barrier island to the west of the mainland Pine Island and is only accessible by private boat, island ferry or private plane. The seclusion of this island are what make it truly unique, close enough for modern amenities, but far enough for a nice break and slow down. Whether you are coming to the island to spend more quality time with the family or coming with a group of friends to enjoy the year round fishing opportunities close by, North Captiva has something for everyone.The island currently has two functioning restaurants, Mangos Pool Bar and OTW (Over the Water restaurant), both which are very close to our home.
