Located one block from Ferry Landing, its location is ideal for the fireworks almost every night in summer, but especially on the on the 4th of July. Situated on a quiet street, it is 1-3 blocks from restaurants, grocery stores, and playgrounds for families with small children. The local FREE summer shuttle is located roughly 300 yards from our front door, and is a great way to get around the island in summer! Our kids love the free shuttle! It travels the length of the island and you can get off and on as many times as you like! Our front porch is very inviting, and we spend a lot of time out there enjoying life in the village. Our golf cart, bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboards, and a paddle board will all be accessible for full use. As the pictures show, the home has recently been renovated.
