After having to cancel all reservations that year I switched to a 30 night minimum stay and that continues to this day. Therefore, this condo is avail for reservations that meet or exceed 30 continuous nights. Please check my calendar for open months. Guests in possession may choose to extend their stay and will have priority over new guests. I highly encourage you to contact me before you book to discuss any current Covid regulations as they can change quickly Pricing shown is based on 2 or fewer person occupancy. A maximum of 4 persons will be accepted for this longer term rental - however the price will be adjusted for each person over the base of 2 persons.
