This is our primary residence, and we sometimes make it available for rental when we will be traveling out of state. We are a family of five -- mom and dad, two teenage boys, grandma and one dog. Our house is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in Goldenview Park, one of Anchorage's best neighborhoods. You'll enjoy gorgeous inlet and mountain (and volcano) views and stunning sunsets from the main living space and bedrooms. On a clear evening, you can see as many as three volcanoes across Cook Inlet as you stand on the deck off the master bedroom! Enjoy coffee on the backyard patio by the gas firepit! Cook out on our gas grill, or just hang out on the deck to enjoy the sunshine! The kitchen is large, and is well-stocked with pots and pans, dishes and flatware, baking dishes and cookie sheets, etc. We have two TVs and Apple TV, so you can select from movies or tv shows on Netflix, Hulu, or Peacock.
