We are located only seven minutes drive from the bridge out to the Boca Grande beaches, and just down the road from a public boat launch and park with a basketball court and playground equipment, and this very quiet neighborhood has little traffic, and makes for a great location for relaxation. We are homeschool snowbirds with six children, and our new home incorporates all our favorite aspects from many years of renting different houses in the area. We have a screen caged pool, hot tub, outside kitchen including a large built in grill, sink and fridge, as well as a bar with four stools. The lanai features dining for eight, and several comfortable chaise lounges. Pool toys, beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and a wagon to haul it all come with the rental.
