The 4 first floor bedrooms can accommodate 11-14 people. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen sized beds, one bedroom with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and one bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull out trundle. A Pack-n-Play is available upon request. The first floor also contains 2 full bathrooms. The living space is on the upper floor, taking advantage of the ocean views from both the front and rear decks. The open floor plan provides a spacious gathering place for the whole family.
