Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screened porch, sun deck and a sitting area under the house. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING HOME***home & allows up to 2 dogs per rental unit for an additional Fee. No cats and no birds allowed. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
