Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screen porch & covered porch. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly rentals require a departure maid service.
