We have furnished the house to be a comfortable place to stay while you visit our hometown! You are a mile or less from a grocery store, restaurants, NWACC, and I49. With the house having easy, quick access to the hwy and centrally located in NWA, you can zip down to Fayetteville (~10min drive) to catch a football game or show at the Walton Arts Center or up to Bentonville/Rogers (~15min drive) to check out Crystal Bridges or Walmart HQWe are renting out our 3bed 1bath home that has been recently remodeled. The house is immaculate and cozy! The kitchen with electric stove and full size fridge gives you an opportunity to stay in and eat whenever you feel like it! The house has a washer and dryer which can be used as needed - it is located in a room accessed through the garage.
