Fully furnished kitchen, living room / dining area with balcony access off of the dining area, one bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a large garden tub. Living room has a sofa sleeper with a cozy mattress.  Has a washer/dryer Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.*This condo now has COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE while in season* Pet Friendly. The Sandpiper Cove Association charges a $10 pet fee. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $100 as well.
