Free 9 hole par 3 golf course to all renters. Great location in the heart of Destin and the beautiful emerald beaches of the Gulf coast. Two HD televisions (one in bedroom), all towels and linens supplied. (Condo has a double bed and a twin bed in the BR, a single bed in walk in closet and a large L-shaped sofa in the TV room). Condo is within walking distance of 4-5 restaurants, Super Target and Winn Dixie grocery store.* Unfortunately, our complex issued a new ordinance in Fall of 2015 that requires our renters have at least one person in the party be 25 or over.
