It is about a 2.5 hour drive from Denver and just under an hour from Colorado Springs. To get here I would recommend the beautiful drive up 285 but you can also take 25 through the Springs. Traffic is far better on 285 compared to the dreaded drive up 70.What to do:Back Acres Ranch is located less than 20 minutes from the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park. This park offers the highest suspension bridge in the US with stunning views. They also offer zipling and a sky coaster (my personal favorite). T
