Located in Lewes, Delaware, United States. Newly renovated and furnished home in Historic Lewes just a mile walk to beach! This is not a typical rental property, this is a beautiful beach home that is only rented for 3 or 4 weeks in August because we love it so much! What's not to love? Once we park our car, we walk and bike everywhere: to restaurants and shops on second street (1/2 mile), the bay beach (1 mile) or Henlopen State Park beaches (3 miles). The house is also walking distance to Lloyds Grocery store (a life saver! Only 2 blocks) and our favorite places like the Station on Kings for coffee/lunch and the Brush Factory for local produce/gifts. We are just blocks from Stango Park (you can hear the Tuesday Evening Summer Concert Series from our home!). For the little ones, you can walk across the street to the new elementary school playground or cut through Blockhouse Pond to the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings (a must do) and enjoy a great park with bocce ball court.
