It’s super cozy and boasts everything you need. We adore it, and hope you will, too! The house was built in 1969 in "mid-century modern style". It is a ranch-style home with lots of character. We have replaced all the flooring with porcelain tile and faux-wood flooring. All of the windows have also been replaced in addition to the entire HVAC system. It blows frigid cold in the Texas summer.
