Our home is a completely remodeled 2nd floor walk-up, 2 bedroom/2 full bath. 3rd room is a den with king-sized convertible daybed in beautiful Venice, Florida. This 2nd floor condo has ALL new (2021) Ashley furniture including new dining table and chairs, new living room sofa, recliner, end tables and buffet. The 2 bedrooms and den have new wood vinyl plank flooring(Primary bedroom 2021, 2nd bedroom and den 2023) The 2 bedrooms have new (2021) queen size mattresses atop new electric adjustable bed frames. The den has a new daybed that opens up to a same-height pull-out trundle bed which can extend from a twin-size to a king-size daybed. The 2nd bedroom and the den were freshly painted in January 2023.
