From the private, heated, pool to the (provided) kayaks and bicycle built for two you are sure to make great memories. If you are a boater, bring your boat along and park it in the large, private, secured, back yard. When your ready to hit the water the boat ramp is just .5 miles north of the property. Take a walk just 1.5 blocks east to the beautiful inter-coastal waterway (river). There you can enjoy the sunrise & stroll, or bike, on the bike path. Follow the bike path just 3 blocks north where you will find a picnic area, kayak launch & a spot where you can take a dip in the river to cool off. Head back to the home where you can relax by the pool, enjoy the fire pit or cook up some dinner on the gas grill. If your wanting a beach day take a 10-15 minute drive north to beautiful New Smyrna Beach!! New Smyrna Beach has great shopping and restaurants
