Family owned since it was built, our townhouse is cozily nestled in the safe, gated community Sea Pines Resort near the southwest corner of Hilton Head Island, just steps away from Harbour Town Marina in Sea Pines. --- Behind, is the Sea Pines Racquet Club, and in front, the beautiful, recently updated and well-maintained bike/walking path. (Altogether, there are 20 miles of these trails!) --- The world famous Harbour Town Golf Links, Heron Point and Ocean Golf Courses are within 1/2 mile. (also recently updated) --- In Harbour Town, you can enjoy fantastic dining at various restaurants, shops, live music, and spectacular sunsets. There's also a nice playground and wonderful views of the bay...especially from the lighthouse! You can also rent boats, jet skis, or charter a fishing boat. There's even a dinner cruise to Savannah! --- The Sea Pines Beach Club is about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute b
