Located in Nokomis, Virginia, United States. Chic Sunny Beach House less than a Mile from Nokomis Beach Beautiful Happy Beach House feeling. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is ensuite, and the other 2 rooms share the other bathroom. There are 3 bar stools at the counter in the kitchen, and 2 big chairs and a TV in a space next to the kitchen. The sunroom has a cozy corner couch with another big TV. The big room in the center has a table that seats 10 for family style meals. The screened in porch has another family style table and looks out to the fenced front yard. It is a nice, safe walk or bike to the beach only 0.8 miles away. The house is light and airy and has a true beachy feeling. There is a BBQ outside for use, as well as a badminton net and racquets, croquet set, and boules. There are 4 adult size bikes for use The supermarket, bank, Starbucks, gas station and excellent Chinese take out etc is only a few minutes (less than 5) away!
