The sliding glass door has an alarm for pool safety for the children. The GAME ROOM has a foosball table, the original tabletop video game of Ms. PacMan (and most of the games from that era have been added also, like Donkey Kong), boardgames, and a very large big screen smart tv with cable. The backyard has beautiful flowering trees and palm trees which attracts a lot of different birds and butterflies. There is a privacy fence all the way around the home and it sits behind the tee box which provides safety from stray golf balls. No view of golf course however.
