This 4 bedroom, 4 bath townhome is located at the top of Winter Park Ranch, giving it some of the best views in town! It is on the bus route to Winter Park Ski Area and not far from Ski Granby Ranch. The location couldn't be better for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking and biking. There's a game room with darts and foosball table and multiple living rooms. There's a Wii with big brain challenge, sports, play and family game night. For the summer, there is a great yard with two sets of horseshoe pits, corn hole and washers and a grill for great BBQs. The Pole Creek and Headwaters golf courses are a short drive away. The Headwaters of the Colorado river provides great fishing, as do Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain and Grand Lakes. There is also great deer and elk hunting in Grand County, with an owner willing to point you to the sweet spots.The master bedroom has a king sized bed and bunk beds in case the kids ne
