The house sits on quiet, W. Cooper Ave where you’ll be able to hear the surf from your bedroom or the two front porches. The street is not a through street and, as such, is a very safe place for you and your kids to walk, ride bikes, or visit the Wave Watch playground just a few steps away. A short, three-minute walk to the beach allows you and your guests to head to the seashore in the morning, come back to clean off in the outdoor shower, for lunch or just a break from the sun, and then head back to the beach in the afternoon or take in the evening breezes on the spacious screened front porch
