Condo LocationThis beach condo is located on the Intracoastal waterway directly across the street from the white sandy beaches and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There are views of the gulf water from the front balcony and views of the intercoastal water from the back balcony. Its positioned in a unique location that is on a narrow strip of land providing a short distance from the Intracoastal and the Gulf of Mexico. Check out our video that shows a birds-eye view of the location, it's absolutely striking. The beach access is across the street and about a one-minute walk from the front of the building. For your safety, there is a flashing pedestrian walkway. This small condo complex consists of 4 buildings with 4 units each for a total of 16 units.
