Located just north of downtown Pt. Sanilac on a private road, you can enjoy 90 feet of lake front property. The property is 700+ ft deep which adds to the feeling of spaciousness and privacy. We hope that after your stay at the Dell Cottage, you will be as fond of it as we are.The house sleeps 4, plus 2 on a pull out couch in the large sun room. The sun room is a beautiful living space for use in the spring, summer and fall (not heated for the winter). With a 30 foot wall of windows facing the lake, the view from sunrise to sunset is awesome! Come and enjoy the gorgeous view of Lake Huron!
