The home features a private master suite (King bed) with its own private bathroom, the second bedroom (King bed) and third bedroom (Queen bed) share a hallway bathroom. There is also a queen size pull out couch in the living room. The house can comfortably sleep 8. The kitchen is fully stocked for evenings cooking with friends and family, along with a Weber gas grill under the house. **Linens (sheets, towels etc.) are provided. Guests may enjoy our street legal 6 passenger golf cart for an additional rental fee- The cart is registered with Surf City for free parking. Golf cart fee $425 Weekly rate. If staying less than 7 nights the fee is $60 per day. The house is dog friendly with a non-refundable $35 per day fee. 2 dogs max. No charge for the 2nd dog. If you have more than 2 dogs
