NOTE: Kitchen remodeled in Feb-Mar 2022 (new cabinets, quartz countertops and new appliances). New shower doors in all 3 bathrooms in January 2021. House re-stained in Spring 2020. Upper deck was replaced with composite decking in Fall 2019! Recycled asphalt driveway in Spring 2018. New great room windows installed in Spring 2017 and Spring 2021! Based on previous reviews, we purchased windows that can be opened in the great room to allow the cool refreshing lake breeze to flow through the house. No air-conditioning, but there is a manual evaporative cooler and fans are provided in every bedroom.
