We have several acres of privately held land conveniently located between Grand Lake and Lake Granby, making it a perfect location to head south to Winter Park, north to Rocky Mountain National Park, or hang out in the surrounding area and lakes. We are a family & dog friendly establishment with no pet fees. Part of the benefits of being in the mountains is the wildlife in the area including elk, deer, moose, fox, chipmunks, & black bears. We do have these on our property, if you do see them please keep a distance from the animals, NEVER EVER feed the animals, and DO NOT leave food outside or in the surrounding area.All smoking must be done in the parking area. Please make sure to fully extinguish any open flame. We do ask that all guests pick up after their pets and treat our place like yours.
