A boat ramp is available at nearby Founders Park. There are 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. The living room is large and airy with sliders opening to the back screened porch. The fenced private back garden has a lighted gazebo, water toys, bbq grill, bait freezer, swim ladder and platform.
