Walk across the street onto the beach & head to the tide pools. Walk up the street to the head of The Thumb & The Knolls hiking trails. 5 minute drive to Lincoln City Community Center with a year-round amazing swimming pool that includes a high dive, rope swing and slide, as well as an indoor rock climbing wall, basketball court & workout facility.Wonderful location for families with small children; very easy to get from the house to the beach & back for supplies & restroom necessities. Easy to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Close to downtown Lincoln City for great restaurants, groceries, and shopping. You can even walk down the beach to the Chinook Winds Casino. The
