You have a separate entrance to a fully remodeled basement apartment including 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, work-space, laundry room and kitchenette. You have your choice between Marriott pillows, My Pillow pillows, and some temper-pedic pillows. (I take my pillows seriously!) There are 14 restaurants of all ethnicities within 400 yards, and a Starbucks only 100 yards away. Welcome to The Nest!The spaceThis is a 1950's home that was fully and lovingly renovated just a couple years ago. I live in the upstairs level, and the garden level is all yours with a separate entrance -- even a separate custom-lit walkway from the street.While I want to be here to greet you as you arrive, if I'm unable to there is a keypad entrance for easy access. The check-in hours are from 3pm to 8pm, but if you are here outside those hours, just contact m
