This house is situated on 75 acres of woods and farm ground near Lake Shafer in Buffalo, IN. It is approximately 10 miles North of Indiana Beach. It is secluded enough for a much needed get away but located close enough to enjoy all the activities the area has. This house is great for families and for a couples get away. The parking area is large enough for several vehicles as well as a boat trailer. There are several boat launches close by for boating on Lake Shafer or Lake Freeman. If you don't have a boat of your own, there are rental places in the area that rent boats and wave runners.The house is approximately 1700 sq ft and has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with central A/C. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor and has a queen size bed. The first bedroom upst
