Only an hour plus away from amazing Clearwater, Saint Petersburg beach and attraction parks in Orlando or Bush Gardens Tampa.We offer an inflatable paddle board and a tandem kayak. Owner does not take any liability for use of the kayaks and paddle board. Renter is responsable for any damage or missing kayak or paddle board. You can also bring your boat.We have an attached 1BR Studio to this house. The newly remodeled studio is under the same roof as the Chazzdoorway property. All is separate except for parking, backyard
