Grandson and great grandson moved the cabin rather than burn it down. It retains its rustic exterior with logs milled in the valley in those early years. Inside, however, the cabin is fully modern, well insulated, nicely decorated and perfect for making more family memories.Tucked into a 3 acre ranch homesite, the cabin is just one mile from Ruby Island (a Ruby River fishing access) in the heart of some of Montana’s best fishing. It also offers an easy drive to the Madison, Jefferson, Beaverhead and Big Hole Rivers.
