My place is 45 minutes from popular peninsulas and attractions, 20 minutes from Cadillac, and 30 minutes from Traverse City! We live upstairs and this is a small downstairs unit for yourselves. Our backyard has woods, and a small pond. It is peaceful. Across the street is beautiful all-sport Fife Lake. (There are houses in the area). In the winter, there are numerous snowmobile trails. Free parking for snowmobiles, 4 x4, a trailer or boat is available! So much to do in the summer with all the wineries, sightseeing and shopping in Traverse City! The beautiful and popular North Country Trail is only a mile away from the house.
