A saltwater pool and heated spa, and grills are shared between the 4 cottages. Fenced pool area is 5000 sq ft.You won't have ANY screaming kids around this compound...just peace and quiet. Private fenced back yard. Romantic screened porch. You have a shed with 2 bikes and beach gear. This tiny cottage sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Very quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. You can walk to the beach, dining, shopping and water activities. NO MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE PER COTTAGE.Starting 2023, January is a minimum of 2 weeks or longer rental.
